“Get educated, get qualified, and the job will follow.” A dream that so many young people were sold, and one they've since had to wake from.

Last year, the global youth unemployment rate rose to 12.4%, equivalent to 67 million people. Applying to hundreds of jobs without hearing anything back is now painfully common, as is competing against thousands of other applicants.

The job hunt has turned into an endurance test, and even then, persistence doesn't always guarantee success. So, what does? How do you fix a job search that isn't working?

What’s Driving Youth Unemployment Rates
