Publicitas enters into a comprehensive cooperative agreement with JANZZ.jobs – PubliGroupe acquires a 5 per cent stake

Lausanne, 1June 2011 – PubliGroupe acquires a 5 per cent stake in the 4uGroup, owner of the online knowledge platform JANZZ.jobs launched in December 2010 whose subscriptions and business solutions will be sold by Publicitas. Beat Roeschlin, CEO of Publicitas and member of PubliGroupe's general management, joins 4uGroup's board of directors. 

 

PubliGroupe has acquired a 5 per cent stake in the 4uGroup and its platform JANZZ.jobs launched in December 2010. Furthermore, the innovative job platform based on a novel "matching" concept and Publicitas have entered into a comprehensive, non-exclusive cooperative agreement for the sale of subscriptions and business solutions throughout Switzerland. In addition to the Swiss site, JANZZ.jobs plans additional international roll-outs in the near future, which Publicitas will actively support. 

 

Publicitas possesses extensive experience in the classified segment. Today some 70% of job-related classified advertising appears in online media. PubliGroupe will be represented on 4uGroup's board of directors by Beat Roeschlin, CEO of Publicitas and member of PubliGroupe's general management.
